FAQ Friday: Changing Your Password

Question: How can I add or change a password to my current User Name?

Answer:  In order to perform this task you must be running Version 11.2.2 or higher.

  • Log into TAM Office.
  • Select System Utilities and click on Change User Password. The Change Your Password window will be displayed.


Enter in your Current Password (if you do not have a password, leave it blank). Proceed to enter your New Password and Confirm New Password in their respective text boxes.


To complete the process, close out of TAM Office and then log back in with your new password.
